There are no set rates for any domestic position.  Market conditions control the average rates in the domestic industry.  These conditions have been constantly changing and are continuously subject to change based on the simple supply and demand model.  Besides market conditions, rates in the domestic fields vary based on numerous factors.  Some of the factors are:

- full-time and part-time positions

- number of daily work hours

- driving required?  if so, is there a car available?

- live-in and come & go positions

- amount of daily responsibilities

- candidate's previous work experience

- candidate's special skills and certifications
